After the recent rantings about the PR name change, it begs the question....Will I be welcome?

Then I might stand a chance of winning

Sweepstake?

Edit:  What does "very costly" mean?  I received the email from LPSC, but no price was mentioned!  Just a "reply by 5th October tag...........

Does anyone have an idea of how much entry is this year??

As it's close to Christmas let's hope it's not much

Yep,
There's only one sweepstake

Don't know if I'll be going at this time.
Might have a different opinion later

I feel a bit apathetic about the whole Nationals thing as well. Too much BS for little gain. It's not even going to count for the PR league again.
The last couple of years I've found it less and less enjoyable. It's only the apres-shoot that makes it worth while.

Accommodation is going to be expensive, with the added hassle of the split venues.
So any party atmosphere is going to be difficult......  .....drinking and driving NO NO NO!

I have to admit the last years event was P poor on the admin front, but then if you 'sack' all those that helped plan the shoot the day before...   ...you reap what you sow!

Hope it is better this year!

I won't know if I can go before the middle of Oct!
As, December's shifts are very important to all of us here at my work, recreational shooting comes at the bottom of the list of priorities

I would like to go, I think

Would go if I could interest one other, who says he may not be welcome?

Due to unfortunate circumstances I'm not able to compete in much never mind the PR Nationals

If I had my health and finances I'd compete in everything I could manage.

As long as you are going to enjoy it, make the most of your ability to take part in these events.

just my 2 penneth worth

Picture the scene:
Tumbleweed rolling across the firing point in the gentle breeze,
In the distance, a wolf howls
In the range hut, pasta, clutching his bolt-gun, muttering to himself
"You reap what you sow."

It is all very sad,

I have to ask why the LPSC took so long in sorting out the date and venue?

Are they ruled by one man.............?
