has anyone ever used an AR pistol ar PR Is it with-in the rules For the pistol part not the rifle part

I think WS4LIF did once....if my memory is working......should be OK, if you can hit stuff @ 200yds with it..

Well if it's a "Pistol" You should get a holster and use it as a concealed weapon.

Yes, I've used one....there are pics out there....



Couldn't have been worse than the Tec-9...

Eta:  You could use it for both.  Short, like 10.5" SBR, put the stock on for the rifle parts, transitioning from rifle to pistol or vice versa should be a snap!

1.) It would be a rifle regardless of stock on or off if it's SBR..
2.) you better have papers. with it if you put a stock on it!.. ooooooooooh the penalties.. ooooooh.

I wouldn't suggest it if the pistol stages are using the steel rounds. You'll start blowing holes through them as they are made for regular pistol rounds.

Mega Pistol marked lower....tight mag well like most Mega recievers.  The Thermold worked great and fit the space age look of the one off pistol.
