Well with the weather being kinda nice, and hopefully staying that way soon, I thought we should start discussing another blastfest. I'd personally like to do it the end of sept. early october or the end of october. I think if we get the date set early enough and planned in advance we might be able to draw a larger amount of members. What say you all?
My thought for dates are: Sat. Oct. 1st Sun. Oct. 2nd Sun. Oct. 30th(day before holloween, PUMPKINS  )If we narrow it down to three or four days that are possible, I will do a poll, and we can go from there.  OK, the first three people can't make the strikin dates, so lets find a date where almost every single able bodied person can make it. ETA: I screwed up on the poll. Sat. Oct. 30th should read Sun. Oct 30th.

Unfortunately Sept 24,25 is not good for me. I am on call that weekend.
I have been out at Buffalo every weekend since I bought my AR in July except when on call. If you guys force meh |

I'd like to make it to another one. Can't make the September dates, I'll be in Canada for opening day of goose season for us ferenners.
I have some reactive targets to try out also, about 200 traffic light lens'.  |

I really don't care one way or another.
I am 100% sure I can't make the 29th of October. I'll be racing. I have a race on the 25th of September and the 16th of October, too, but the 25th is the only one you mentioned. Simply stated, no September 25th and no October 29th for me. WIZZO |

I'm going this Sunday AUG 28th. Supposed to rain Sat but mostly sunny on Sunday, in case anyone wants to go.
How about 9/11? I'm trying to schedule an outing for bunch of guys from work that same day. Just to throw a wrench into things...I can't make Oct 1 or 2 or 30. |

I honestly don't know why I didn't use the 15th or 16th.  I'm personally for the 30th because of the availability of PUMPKINS. , But if everyone can agree on a day for this, then that will be the day. My main concern is getting the most amount of people there as possible. Once we set a date, I will cross post and invite to the crews at Illinoiscarry.com and Blackrifle.com. I figure it would be nice to get a lot of us gun loving Illinoisians all in one place.

Ok, perhaps I should dump this thread and start a thread asking for date ideas, eh? Nov. 5 and/or 6 sounds good to me. We pretty much have the go ahead for camping, I was informed saturday to just let them know when and all the details. No alcohol is the biggest rule.
I'll start a new thread and dump this one. it'll be easier to get everyone elses Ideas for dates, and go from there.
