My brother who lives in Vancouver is looking to purchase a pistol online but needs a local FFL to ship to.

Who's got the best price in that area?

There really aren't FFL's in Vancouver that will touch transfers because they will have to collect sales tax on the Items. The only guy I know of that will do them is Coctailer on the board he is in the middle of a move PM him and see what he has to say.

drive north a ways.  can prob get the same gun cheaper with no xfer.
