Governor Davis: "We're prepared, don't bother coming"
For a state that can't afford to staff additional police and security measures, he certainly talks thet talk.  
How can one be prepared for terror attacks?  More police presence is of little value in deterring terrorists, look at the National Guards at LAX after 9/11, what could they do, with or without ammo, other than giving dumb people a sense of security? I think CA hasn't been attacked so far because terrorists haven't decided to.  As our military has learned in Iraq, it's very difficult to stop a determined foe that's willing and ready to die, and our guys over there are armed and always on guard, they're not driving to work or working in offices like we are here.
For Davis to boast "we're ready" is not only stupid but insulting, all this from a state known for its sheep like people and dumb laws that strip people of self defense.  They can't protect us all, now they're asking everybody to help whom they don't trust enough to carry and own arms

Terrorists have not attacked California because Davis and the Demoncraps already have things F'd up.
