I might make it, assuming I don't have any familial obligations lurking unseen on Saturday.

My mom's in town so I'm not sure at this point....although to be honest she came to see her grandson and not me. Probably won't even notice if I slip away for a few hours!

The gun show wasnt bad. A lot of ARs, AR uppers, AR parts etc.  Not bad prices for those, but mags and ammo are 10-20% higher than retail. The gun show vendors bitch about how bad the gun market is in Memphis. No one wants to spend 15% more for a mag. Plus you don't have a store to return it if it is defective.

I picked up a couple of 20 round pmags for 16 each.  Then picked up a box of 20 round Aguila mini-slugs for 13 bucks.  Not bad prices for those items.  Gun prices were not too bad.  I was looking hard at the 9mm FN pistols that were there.

Better than a lot of them. Only 1 jerky booth, no beanie babies......

Talked to a lot of friends set up selling things, saw some TN AR people, and purchased a few mags for my wife;s M1. Found a good buy on some original Austrian STG58 mags for 15 bucks each.

So came away happy.....

Next weekend I'll be setup at the Southaven show with some AR parts, AK 47 and 74 mags, FAL Stg58 and G1 mags and pouchs, AK47, AK74 pouches, some reloading stuff, and some general military stuff, some optics, scopes and mounts........

Come by and see me, I need to get rid of this stuff. It will be near give away prices.....

I went but didn't see anything I could live without.

Biggest advantage was that I got to finger a Gen 4 Glock 17, that thing felt NICE! Subtle visual differences but they slimmed the grip down enough to make it feel much nicer.

Kind of absurd when the ammo tables had .22LR at prices that were notably more expensive than Walmart. Really?!?

Picked up 5000 primers, that's about it.  Saw a couple of OK deals on some guns, but nothing I just had to have.   I did see the new Chiappa Rhino revolver, that thing is crazy.

ammo prices were way to high, you can get much better deals online even paying shipping, they mark the stuff up way to much nice stuff to look at but just to expensive to really buy anything
