Hi, I'm coming from Columbia/Maury Co and I was wondering if anyone else will be attending it... I am thinking about purchasing a Bushmaster M4. I haven't quite made up my mind yet... I'm also thinking about building my own with a Mega lower/RRA upper. Hopefully we'll catch some deals!...

What the hell is "Gun-a-Rama"?

Same weekend as the Knob Creek MG Shoot. Lots and lots of AR15 parts, kits, complete guns etc. Some of the venders with large displays are Model 1 Sales, Jand T Distributing and DPMS just to mention a few. Might be worth the drive to see the shoot and for excellent selection of stuff.

Which show has the parts?

Knob Creek is parts heaven. All military and military style stuff. No Marlins, Winchesters, or Rugers (unless its a suppressed Mk II or 10-22). There will be tents full of military surplus ammo, guns, and accessories. At the Spring shoot we picked up 3 Russian M44 carbines for $39 each. The Yugo SKSs were going for $89. You never know what you'll find up there.

Shit, you're talking about the Goodman flea market. Last time I was there it had about half jewelry, jerky or clothes. Sorry, I pass until the real gun show next month.

I see, I have never been to it before. I recently learned of it and the URL did have gunshow in it so I presumed it would at least be quasi-decent... Since you mentioned that, I suppose I'll hold off until an actual one comes along...

Smyrna isn't too far from here, so I'll more than likely be able to make it. I'll have to take off work of course, but I shall look forward to it sir. Perhaps I'll see you there and say hi!

I wasted 6 bucks at the fairgrounds. 2nd time, too. I thought maybe, just maybe the first one was a fluke. Nope, I think they all (Goodman shows) suck. Won't be going back.
