When I read about the fire in the paper I nearly "poo-pooped" a sizable chunk of masonary. One, because I now am temporarily without a gunsmith again after K2 shutdown. Two, I thought I had a gun in the shop. But, luckily I picked up the STI the last time I was there. Crap! I still have no gunsmith.

I try and do business with the stores that have the better service. the way a store treats a person is more important than the cost. There was a shop here in Houston with good prices but the service SUCKED! Well they are no longer treating people like crap!

Carnival,
You should try Gene of Williams Gun Repair. He also works parttime at Collin County Gun Range as their gunsmith. He's good and reasonably priced. I'm not sure of his phone #, but you can e-mail Jailcop on page 2 of this thread and she will hook you up. She's his wife. Good luck.
Peace,
