Here's why I am askin'...
I'm lookin' to do some networking to find a Sig P226 in 40 S&W thru a private party purchase. Can anyone help me??? I'm upstate BTW, Spartanburg area, but I'll travel anywhere instate. |

garandman, my niece's husband just traded his P226 357SIG for a Kimber last week. If you're interested in the 357SIG, let me know. I think it might just be an easy barrel change to convert it to 40S&W. I might can track the guy down to see if he wants to sell.z

If you can check price, I'd be grateful. If I recall correctly, the conversion betwen .357 Sig and 40S&W only goes "one way." I gotta check on it. But, thanx. |

garandman, I just got an e-mail back from the guy he traded with, and he's already sold it. He said you wouldn't have wanted anyway it for the price he got. Sorry.
I guess you've heard that the next three gun shows at Waccamaw have been canceled. The owner is no longer willing to rent it for that purpose. So, you won't be finding one at a local show.z |
