Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Non HQL pistol usage

IS a spouse who had access to handguns prior to HQL allowed to use those guns now without an HQL.  I ask because in the other states I lived in, I had guns that were house guns.  I bought them, but the wife and family could use them as needed.

Since you can rent a gun at a range without an HQL I think you're okay
