They're called "RAID" modified BDU's. Some Surplus stores have them, otherwise you can find them online at places like Actiongear.com and Diamondbacktactical.com . They also feature a Velcro panel on the sleeve and canted breast pockets. What a lot of people do is take their issue BDU shirts to a tailor and have it done for them.

local tailor here wanted a pile for the modification. But I bet a few miles up the road in Leavenworth there are cheaper places. THanks

May cost cheaper than if you were asking the tailor to use their own material to fabricate new pockets. |

Deserts can be had from US Cav reasonably.
Relish cannot seem to be found unless they are custom made. The only supplier I know of for "Raid" is no longer taking orders... Just about anyone with a sewing machine can stitch them up. We had our para riggers sew up ours back in the day. The slanted breast pockets are a throwback to the original jungle BDUs of vietnam and make those pockets more accessible But if you use a vest it blocks them anyway. |

For armor/vest use, tilt the pockets to the OUTSIDE..you can reach in through the armhole of the vest then.

Go to the Leavonworth area and find a shop with a bunch of Korean ladies.
They will hook you up. |
