One of my sons just moved down to Georgia (yup another damn yankee ) Anyway he's got his job lined up and we've been looking for an apartment for him, but one need he has is for a decent used car. Being new to the area myself it's hard to find good deals and we aren't sure who to trust so I thought I'd throw it out to the Georgia gang to see if anyone knows of any decent used cars for sale. He's got about 2000.00 to play with so we aren't expecting much but you never know. We live in the BlueRidge area so hopefully something within about 100 miles of us would be good

I know you may not like my suggestion, but how about a used motorcycle? In college that was the way I got around, and these days I drive it around just to save gas money. Otherwise pick a local autotrader and see what's available.
