DAMN! I live about 10 minutes from ABIA and I would love to help.
I gotta be in Waco by 1400 on Thursday for RSO orientation. I don't know what kind of schedule I'll be working on that Friday. Shoot Mojo an IM. He is the Event Transportation Honcho and I figure they can run a van down to Austin as easy as they can run one up to DFW. It's about the same distance. We'll work something out. If he can change plans to get to ABIA by 1100 on Thursday, then I'll cover it with no problem.... |

I'm sorry, gents. Transportation was cancelled as a whole, due to lack of fund and demand on this year. Garryowen. Let wait out a few days for the boys to read this thread. If there is no taker, the next alternative is having someone to pick him up. Last resort? Rent a car at Advantage rent-a-car for one day about $20.00/day and return at Waco. |

Worst case, we're gonna have a 15 passanger van with us and we can pick up Don (and anyone else) but we wouldn't able to take them back...

I'm trying to help!  Do you still need to get him from Austin to Waco on Friday? Or do you need to get him back to Austin on Sunday? Or BOTH? Give me the itenerary. Keep it simple. Remember, you are working with a Jarhead. |
