I know it's a tough question.....But no one? No one has problems with AC/Heating unit at home? In Ft Worth or Arlington area?

I've used Wolverton several times. Not a one-man op, but the same guy has been out each time. Never screwed me over.

It's winter, you don't need a/c. Try Shaw, they have never been cheap. I've never heard of them cheating anyone either. If you actually speak to one of the Shaws, you can mention that I lived on Chatburn, when they lived on Pembroke. Algore(yes, one word) created global warming to deal with that. Get real, unless you bury the heat transfer coils, that little thing is gonna pump its guts out in 2 years in a Texas summer. mm |

IM the name plate data off of the motor, and I will get you one at cost. If you cant get to the motor, make and model of the unit will work.

Knowing myself...I probably fock it up than fixing it. Basically, the heating unit is running in the house with hot air...but the fan (outside) is running for few seconds, then stop, run again for few seconds then stop, etc....Have no idea what the heck is going on. |

That sounds more like an electronics issue than a motor. Better get a pro out there. |

I agree!  It very well could be a control board causing the problem. You could spend more money changing parts that aren't bad than it would cost hiring a professional.  I know a guy that works at an ac shop in the DFW area. If you don't find someone reputable let me know and I'll give him a call and see if he could help you out. BigDozer66 |

I have used these guys a to replace my house system and do work on my rent house. they are reasonable plus they can tell me what is actually wrong. as opposed to just telling me its broke
