Hey guys if any of you hunt in the area of the Bad Axe River, can ya let me know if you've seen any hogs at all out there and if so where. I'm headed out that way Sept 16th to do some scouting for deer season and want to try and get some hog hunting in. I heard from one source that there were a couple taken in the Bad Axe river valley, but he didn't know spesifics. I also have an Email in to the DNR warden for Vernon and Crawford counties. We normaly hunt in the Cooley Valley and the Lawrance Ridge/ Rush Creek area, so I'm not to familiar with the area around the Bad Axe as I haven't spent time running around there.
