A friend of mine is in a pickle over a pending foreclosure in Montgommery county, and I think she is the victim of "self assignment" from one of several institutions who claim they own her mortgage note.
Is there a reputable attorney that has good results from these kind of non-note foreclosures?
I don't know how long she has to address this before it is too late, but any good leads or advice is appreciated.
