I am not getting anything. I am working with an overseas service member who has purchased some stripped lowers but his return has been delayed. He doesn't have a way to contact any FFL's in the Portland area to work out the details of a transfer. Thanks! |

So what's the story? Your buddy paid for some lowers already and is now extended? Does he just need an FFL to get them shipped to that can hold them for when he returns?
