Icing is generally either low refrigerant or low airflow, but could be a combination of the two.
Should be an easy fix... |

Got it covered with just the $99 service fee. Evaporator drain pan plug was plugged so the evaporator coil was swimming in water and therefore unable to pull humidity out of the air. Refrigerant level was fine and after a little hose spraying of the outside unit she was given a clean bill of health.
