yup, the people I know on NG have all got the call to conserve, turn down the furnace temp
gonna suck it they cant keep pressure in the lines

Turns out the reason I was freezing was because the intake for air to the furnace was covered by a snow drift. The furnace couldn't breath.

Lesson learned.
