TROY, NY (06/22/2011)(readMedia)–– The New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, the state's largest and nation's oldest 2nd Amendment advocacy organization, announces the endorsement of Craig Apple for Albany County Sheriff.

"Craig Apple believes people have the right to possess firearms for self-defense," said Thomas H. King, President of NYSRPA. "That is the #1 issue our members and constituents have when considering candidates for public office."

NYSRPA encourages all gun owners to support his campaign.

Sorry for the hijack, hard to believe there's a candidate for Albany Co sheriff who is anything but the worst machine democrat. good luck to him
