Guns Across America Rally Saturday January 19th -- 12:00pm - 2:00pm PST.
It's important that you show up today. Yesterday, the San Francisco Chronicle ran an story critical of an NRA event for Nevada lawmakers, just as Democratic state Sen. Tick Segerblom (D - Carson City) who now chairs the state Senate Judiciary Committee, said he will introduce bills during the 120-day legislative session to prohibit the sale of assault weapons and restrict the size of ammunition magazines to fewer than 10 bullets. He said he also wants to prohibit the sale of armor-piercing bullets and require background checks for gun sales in all instances, including gun shows. Remember that many NV legislators won their seats by the slimmest of margins, some of them even with less vote difference than the number of Nevada gun owners who are expected to show up today. Put yourself and the kids in the family vehicle and get to the Legislature building. |

I made it yesterday and took the kids with me. The response from the folks driving by was all positive. I never got flipped off!
