good news...in the least a legal process/dialogue/argument is going to be publicly revealed from both sides to be seen for what it is.  better than the status quo where the legal status is arbitrarily one sided.  obviously there is little to no chance of success but this process has to be transparent and the states authority to deny everyone needs to be explained!
