When duck hunting with steel shot I have had many a case of what appeared to be a solidly hit duck result in a running gun battle where trying to hit the duck paddling away and diving resulted in a lot of rounds fired. Also if you have a flock come in with five guys in a blind the quick discharge of 15 rounds is not at all unusual
