I have a Yamaha 250TTR. Was running fine then sat for 2 weeks and wouldn't start. I have it listed in the equipment exchange but if it doesn't sell quick I am going to take it somewhere to have it repaired.

Anyone one know someone around JCC/WMBG area who works on bikes, including dirt bikes, on the side? If I take it to Casey's or a big bike shop they will probably try to rape me even though it has to be a fairly easy fix.

I do not have the desire to work on it myself, I would rather go to the dentist have have a tooth pulled without novocaine.

TIA!!

Electric start? Does it crank over? Check battery.

I used to have a kick start only TT225. The idle jet would get clogged with gel very quickly if I didn't run it every week. Had to remove it and blow it out with solvent, then it would tick over like a sewing machine.
