Im going out in a couple of weeks for my 1st AK hunt. Looking to take at least 3. Also got another deer trip in oct.
What should I have it (the Bo) made into? I've only shot deer in OK, so there is not a lot of meat to work with. Since Im getting stocked for the winter I dont want it all to be the same. Anybody got any favorite tips they would like to share?

I like most of the sausage stuff, breakfast or otherwise, linked or not.
My friend gives me a lot of his processed terriyaki and pepperoni meat sticks, the snacking kind like slim jims. An opened package doesn't last 10 minutes around his house. There is always ground, steaks, and roasts.
I process all of mine into my freezer. If it looks like a roast it becomes one if it looks like a steak it becomes one and the rest is hamburger. A couple more cool nights and our winter meat will be put away.
If you are wondering where the ribs are they are allready simmering for our annual Moose rib BBQ. Weather permitting we will have at least a dozen people fly in for it.
