Pretty stupid...
All you'd have to do to get around it is make the mag release so that you have to use a bullet 'tool' to drop the mag... OTOH, they're going after pump actions now too... And they went real draconian on the mag issue... Made it illegal to use a +10rd mag... |

The state sentators cannot let them water this down into anything. They and the people need to stomp every fiber that this bill is written on into the dirt.
