Is it true! What about CCW, does that trump anything? How about LEO? Do they allow off duty carry?

LEO is ok. Talk to a city cop with your creds and they will direct you to the proper locations.

CCW is a no go. It is a prohibited place in the CCW law anyways.

They are walk through's so your not getting in with it on your ankle either.
