Found out today that I have an interview for a job in Maryland. I am comming from FL where the gun laws are easy to live by. I was wondering what the basic laws about hand guns are up there. I would be bringing some with me and if they are going to cause more trouble having them there I will leave them with family. I am wondering about Mags with higher then 10 rounds and 30 rounf ar Mags. Are they good to go?

Ok seriously. Im a range officer at the IWLA-BCC chapter in Poolesville, MD. Meaning i can open the range at almost any time i want.
so if anyone in the area wants to get together and take a trip to the range, let me know. I'm always up for some time behind the sights, and making some new friends. |

Just joined, live just outside of ground zero in Silver Spring, you know the creek. IWLA member, 270, Father Hurley, Mulinex Mill rd. I know of a 300 yard range down on the eastern shore, are there any that are closer to DC or have longer ranges??

Airy IWLA has a 300 yard range, BCC IWLA has a 100 yard range, Rockville IWLA has a 100 yard range. If you want to try BCC or Rockville's ranges i can get you in. I haven't joined Mt. airy yet....probably should tho. |
