I think OP meant $6.99 FOR shipping. I really don't understand the confusion. $6.99 shipping and $6.99 shipped are clearly different. And the link says they are $12.99, not the $7 in the op. I think that's where the confusion is coming from. Unless you had a couple of codes to pass out...... |

Costs $2.00 more to ship to Wisconsin FYI. Born and lived 30 years in TX so don't dog me for the current address. Shipping Rate: $8.99 Total: $34.89 |

I bet they hold 60 rds.
I ordered a NY state mag and it was sealed closed on the top. ETA. Those are neat but I haven't had a steady paycheck for a year and a half. No new mags for me. |

Passing because Magpul. Are you one of those that is still not sold on the idea of poly mags? I purchased because MagPul I don't know about him, but I am one of those people. It's not so much that I dislike poly mags. I have no experience with them. Haven't ever even held one. But aluminum mags have never failed me and I don't have to worry about keeping track of dust covers. |

The best part of that article is the big bold letters that say Update. I see no problem with them giving military and LEO first dibs during the freak out time when companies like Cheaper Than Dirt were selling PMags for 50+. Magpul actually stood up for people's rights in Colorado, I was there. Remember these mags are being produced to signify their leaving Colorado due to mag restrictions and moving to Texas and Wyoming with no such restrictions. They realized the error of their comment and quickly changed. People are allowed to change their stance when they see the other viewpoint.

They realized the error of their comment and quickly changed. People are allowed to change their stance when they see the other viewpoint. View Quote No, they didn't. Magpul first tried to get the bill concerning standard capacity magazines modified to allow a manufacturing exemption, thus keeping themselves in business (as there was no such exemption that other manufacturers in other restricted states have). When that failed they pushed to have the bill overturned entirely. Before that, they offered a deal where LEOs could jump to the front of the line and buy several magazines at a discounted price. They got a lot of shit for it. They backed off, but not before the founder of Magpul -- a former New Hampshire state trooper -- basically said that cops are more important, they face a lot of danger every day [and non-LEOs don't] so we must give them better options. With a bit of a brilliant PR move, they made sure it was relatively swept under the rug. |

Mine were $8.99 shipping. WTF?! No...shipped them to San Antonio. I tried a few times but it came to $8.99 everytime. It's a difference of 2 bucks so I'm not whining. But I wonder how it decides who gets $6.99 and who gets $8.99. Is it based on your local politicians in office at the time? Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |
