Looks like I'm moving back to KC after a 2 year stay in GA.  Since that time I've got around to the NFA/CLASS III side.  

Are there any outdoor ranges near KC that allow full-auto?

Well, you can check out the grand list of ranges in Missouri that I posted in the tacked Ranges thread. I'd recommed Bullseye indoor range, but it's in St. Louis. Sorry, not familiar with the KC area.
