I belong to rimfirecentral.com and they have online shooting teams that shoot once a month.  New Jersey, as of now, does not have a team.  I will be starting a team for New Jersey residents only.  You don't need to shoot with me at all.  It is all on the honor system.  You shoot once a month, so you can choose the time you want to go and shoot.  The more shooters the better.  I am in contact now with the rep. for the shoot.  As it looks now I will be the Team Captain and  state rep.

The links below are the rules of the shoot.  This is for .22's and .17s only.  When i get more information about this I will let all who are interested.  Remember this is only once a month and you can shoot at YOUR range at anytime.  Of course you are more then welcome to join me at my PRIVATE range in Freehold, NJ.

Sounds like something I'd be interested in joining. I began my shooting hobby with 22lr. I used Eley Ammo in my Sig. Trailside and Ithaca Gun X-5 Lightning Rifle. Soon I got bored because I knew of no one to compete with, then came along AR15.com and the .223. Keep me posted

Ok it is official we are starting the team.  Read the rules and learn how to the score the targets.
You can also send me the targets in the mail and I will score them for you.  We have to but the targets which are 27.00 for 100.  I need to know within the next week or two who wants to join, but anyone can join at anytime.  If were can get this going I think we can do pretty good.  Let me know if you want to do the and also say where you live (town) and at what range you will be shooting.  I also have access to a private 100 yard range, so if anyone wants to join us for a day of shooting the .22's (along with anything else you want to bring) let me know.  I will be shooting in freehold.

I just got a job that requires me to work everyday from now until a day or two before christmas.  I might have to put the team on hold until January.  This is going to suck, I have to go a whole month without shooting not one shot.  I will keep you posted about this in the weeks to come.

Great idea except I don't have a Closet in my room.  Wait........I can always shoot my sisters closet.  Good Idea

Ok.  I'm back and ready to shoot.  I went and bought a new ruger 10/22 just for this shoot.  Anyone interested in joining the team e mail me at [email protected] or IM me here.  Looking foward to shooting this.  

I'm very interested but the only thing is I work nights at a Casino in A.C and get off at 8am. By the time I go home and pack my truck, wont the shoot be started already? What time are these shoots, and how long do they last?

You don't have to shoot with us.  All you have to do is go to any range on your time, shoot, and then e mail me the results.  You never have to be there when we shoot.  This is shot under the honor system.  The only reason our team will be shooting together is we are all friends and shoot at the same range.  If you have any questions you can IM me or e mail me at [email protected]
