I sold an AR to my buddy and he's having a hard time finding a transfer dealer that will accept from a non-FFL. (Me).

He's located in Phoenix--central corridor. Willing to drive a 1/2 hour (in Phoenix traffic). About I10 and 51. He already tried AZ shooter's world.

half hour drive time in phoenix could be as far as 5 feet ..

Ok that's true! He'd go as far as chandler distance wise. When I asked about Glendale he also said yes. Just throw out some good transfer FFL's and he'll pick the most convenient.

Try Quentin Defense in Gilbert. I believe they charge $10 with ccw.

A bit further for him, but AJI accepts from individuals.

Try Shooters Vault. SR51 Greenway Area. They have very good FFL prices.

Should be a 10 minute drive from that area.

I don't think they will do a transfer from an individual.

What would be a good FFL in central phoenix to do a transfer on a couple cheap lowers? I don't mind buying locally but it's hard to pass up a $49 lower

Last time I bought an AR15 from a member here, it was shipped from a private party Non-FFL => Desert Valley Firearms (FFL) and they took it no questions asked.
