I'll be moving to the Modesto area from Texas in September and I'm looking for an attorney to write a new NFA Trust for our California assets.  Can anyone recommend an Trust attorney well versed in California gun law?  I think one of those Serbu Super Shorties need a new home, thanks in advance!

Thanks in advance!

Plese contact via    http://californianfatrust.com/

Note that your Serbu SuperShorty is indeed CA legal if properly NFA'd  (due to exemption for state paperwork for
legit NFA-papered AOWs).

Any other NFA guns you have (SBR, SBS, MG) will likely NOT be importable/paperable in CA:  there is no exemption
for state paperwork, which is unobtainium for these kinda guns...

Left a message a few weeks ago on the Google Voice number but never got a call back.  Anyone able to PM the info of an attorney you've dealt with personally?

Thanks!
