ok, sorry for the delay, in my attempt to install service pack 2, I managed to totally fuxxor up my pc. anyway, the package reshipped tuesday, and should be delivered today. it was returned with damaged packaging, looking as though it was run over by a truck, but the RAS was totally undamaged.
