I'm relocating with wife and 4 years old kid to FL (no pet) and will be starting my new job on the 27th. I don't have friends or family in the area so I need to look for an apartment (3 months max) for short term before buying a house.

I have decent income and 750+ credit score. Do you know any places that offer short term lease and in decent neighborhood?

Be kinda hard for the three month lease.
But I can say..look into any properties managed by Greystar.
They are all high end communities.

Avoid the Pine Hills, it is also known as "Crime Hills"
