Is 3140 prohibiting us from owning 30rd mags if it passes or did I not read it right??

That is a bunch of changes, some good, some meh.
Do we not already have preemption? Will "firearms feedom" have any real effect? 5 years for guns with drugs! |

I'm glad SC is gonna get on board with most other states and recognize other states regardless of what that state's procedures are. As soon as SC honors GA, GA will honor yours.
