While in the car with my fiance' this morning, she had the KS95 morning show on, and some soccer mom called in saying (paraphrasing) "if a woman has car trouble, she's better protected with a cell phone and a AAA card than with a gun."  Typical liberal "I know better than you what is best for you".  Made me want to puke...Since I was with a lady I ONLY referred to this liberal as an "idiot".  Pissed me off, but I guess the important thing to remember is that we won this one.  Let the liberals bitch, it would be entertaining if it wasn't an example of a mindset that has no problem with taking other people's freedoms from them.

P.S. don't laugh about what we were listening to, when we're in my car the KQ morning show is on!

It's so sad when you hear all the LIBERAL ANTI-GUN bullshit in the media.  Do you think the US media might be a little biased?  NO!!!???  I just can't believe how scared people are of this law!  Liberals just can't understand that law-abiding citizens ARE NOT the people creating problems.  Criminals don't carry a permit.  Like it or not LIBERAL FEAR MONGERS, private citizens have the right to defend themselves against a violent person.  Don't believe the hype that this will put more guns out into the public hands.  The guns are already there!!  The only change is that criminals will now fear being shot by the good guy.  Does concealed carry deter crime?  HELL YES!!  If I were a criminal about to mug someone I would think twice.

As far as businesses that will post signs not allowing weapons in their store.... I plan to take my business and money elsewhere.  Make their bottom line hurt by not allowing law-abiding citizens into their establishment.

I agree!  KSTP 1500am is a welcomed station.  Seems that most of the talk show hosts are conservatives.  Jason Lewis in the evening is my guy!
