Fox Labs is the hottest at 5.3 million scoval heat units and it's Michigan legal 2%.
I was not aware of any restriction on size? |

+1. Thats what I bought for my wife. I read a lot and all roads pointed to Fox Labs, especially considering the 2% limit and Fox Labs is a Michigan company to boot. |

Are you sure it's 35g? The smallest Fox sells is 2oz which is ~56g. ETA: I just read the MCL. I think it tries (poorly) to say you can have not more than 35g of CS OR you can have OC. It doesn't appear to place a mass/volume limit on OC. |

This begs the question, how many 35g containers of CS may one carry on his person?
Any AG opinions or precedents floating around? |

MI restrictions on self-defense spray (in a nutshell): -CS not more than 35 grams. -Not more than 2 % oleoresin capsicum. -No restriction on SHU rating or size of canister for OC spray. -No combination sprays - OC & CS together (except for on-duty law enforcement) -Misuse or sale to minor - misdemeanor. -Use during another crime - enhanced penalty. |
