Is there a local guy who can successfully drill and tap a M700 receiver for 8x48 bolts for a base and thread a barrel 5/8x24?

A couple of folks have mentioned Johns on Arch St but does any one have 1st hand experience.

johns did some work for my brother. Good guys, great work.
