I think that is a very nice logo, not over the top like others but streamline and in good taste.

In the middle of the compass face? Range finding marks...etc?

I tend to agree w/ Nationwide... that's not "mil-dot"...

http://www.ustacticalsupply.com/rev-mildotreticle.shtml
The mil dot reticle is a post and wire reticle with 10 mils (milliradians) between opposing posts and dots spaced 1 mil apart on the wires, minus the reticle intersection so as not to obscure the aiming point. A milliradian is an angular unit of measure that just happens to equal one yard at 1000 yards and 1 meter at 1000 meters.

Thanks for all the complements! And thankyou Zhukov for not entering . Glad I could help COZ, and a free lower is way cool. I still cant believe mine was picked as there were some very cool entrys.  Everybody did a great job.  This contest was a great idea.  Hope to see more on the boards soon.  I was thinking about it and the first word of two are always whats remembered in a name.  You will say....that one place North West sumthin until you become a regular customer.  Thats why I made sure the logo shows northwest with the compass idea.  I also wanted it to be tactical looking so I added the cross hairs. Went  from there.  I have never seen a logo like it, so I figure it would be remembered and not washed out with all the others.  Had a blast! Now I have to figure out what I'm gonna build on the new lower.  Was thinkin mabie .458 or 6.8 for hog huntin .  Need sumthin with some thump to keep up with TRG's MG .

Thats the best part of the logo IMO.
Good creative thinking.
