Whoo Hoo!

I'm going to bring either a large roast or a big batch of ribs, depending on the meat market. Hoping to get 1GR to add 'em to the grill for dinner, either Fri or Sat. Oh, need to remember big turkey pans to maranide them in. Mummmm, outdoor meat.

For some reason i can't get the links to work when I post them, even when I follow the board cod instructions. If you cut & paste the link: http:// http://www.soylent-green.com/ into your browser it will take you to a website that will have some very fine sicuits that you can take to the next LCR!

For JAFO:
Cooking tip #531-- remember to remove the absorbant pad from the steak before putting it on the grill.
