Howdy,

Glad to move from one free state to another.  NJ was the other option.  Hellz no.

Anyways, FL has the "Stand your Ground" law, which means you don't have a duty to retreat if you're in a place you're supposed to be...like your house, or a car, or in public.

Does PA have anything like that, or do I have to hightail it out the back door of my house?

Kevin "Thanks!"

Not yet, but they are working on it.

Currently you have no duty to retreat inside your residence or place of employment unless you are the initial aggressor.
