That thought  crossed my mind as I was taking the long slow walk to the door.

Around Noon that guy must have had around 15-20 cases for 179.   Almost got one but decided not to.

Shooter,
A group of us are going to meet at th VCDL table around noon and head to lunch if you are interested.

As far as your ammo, that's why I went on Friday.  Just to get the ammo.

Thanks Grywlf,

As mentioned earlier, I was planning on 'trying my luck' again. Can you give me a clue where VCDL table is...front, back, left, right, etc?

The VCDL table is center at the back.  I think just behind the Ammunition store.

Any one there selling Complete Lowers ?

I had pretty good luck getting the ammo I wanted. Next time, just borrow the vendor's cart so you can transfer the cases to your car immediately (that's what I did).

I should have borrowed the cart.  2K rounds was heavy enough let alone carrying it out across the parking lot.

I recommend having the vendor keep it until you are ready to leave. I was at the last Richmond show and the dealers were saying several cars in the parking lot were broken into on Sat. People watching you leave and seeing you put something in your vehicle and wait until you go back into the show.

Dark Sun had RRA lowers for ~250ish I think and someone near his booth had Bushie lowers for sale.

anyone see the dork vendor wearing the CCW badge? He actually has them for sale.

he's approx on the fourth row from left towards the back.

stop by and ask him if he's ATF.

Hey VA guys,

Don't know where our signals got crossed. I was at the VCDL booth (actually by the table selling jewelry right in front so's not to block anybody out) from noon to about 12:20 and didn't see anyone who was in the ARF for lunch bunch. Maybe in November.

Bought some Wolf 62gr HP, XM855PD, 3-30 rd Brownell mags (anyone have any experience with these), a case for my new gun a BBQ sandwich and a small coke.

Home, happy and looking forward to the next trip to the range!

Got me a new nylon gun bag, for my M4gry. I saw the standard 30 buck cheapo ones, then I saw the older lady on the left side selling a hell of alot better quality one for the same price ($29). I bought it immediately, turns out she actually designed/had it made for her company or something.

It was ALOT better quality than the other ones, more padding, lays flat when unzipped, heavier duty fabric, etc.  Has a plastic UTG logo on it.

Their website is www.davidscollectibles.com and www.tickbitesupply.com.

Also snagged some AR 30 rounders, and a 50 cal ammo can for $3.

Darn it!

Grey Wolf and I stayed around the booth then went to lunch to meet up with the others, next time we all should meet at the front door.
