Did anyone watch the Today Show on ABC when they interviewed Joe?

What a great interview he gave.  He hit Obama right between the eyes on the major socialistic platform he is running on.

Diane Sawyer asked if he was making $250k and he answered, No.

Then he went on to say that he would like to.  He said that he does not think that it is fair that he, and others, should be punished for being successful.  Why should he put in all the work to make good money just to give it away?  He called Obama's policy "socialistic" on national television!  It was great!!!!

I can't imagine why the other side is not jumping on this... call him a Socialist!  I'm sure that will rattle some of the elder generation that have more experience with the Cold War.

Well apparently Joe pissed off all the right people.  I did my morning blog reading and found that poor Joe is being crucified for daring to question the messiah.  His union supported Obama, so now all of a sudden they can not find his plumber's license, someone dug up a tax lien, others are probing through his divorce records.

It amazes me that no one dares look into Obama's past (or present), yet they unleash the hounds on someone who dare questioned him.

Well, I am not surprised by this.  I was listening to El-Rushbo the other day and he predicted that this would happen.  He actually warned Joe to get ready to be torn apart by the drive-bys and the like for daring to step out of the fold.

It's truly sickening.  Obama has all these ridiculously inexcusable associations, and they rip apart this guy that asked a simple question.

This is the country we will live in if Obama wins.  You will be violated, torn apart, and sent to "re-education camp" for speaking out against "Dear Leader".

This cant be real can it. people can file suit because they fear someone elses well being. well shit I fear for mccain who's gonna give me money " obama"?

You can file almost anything with a court, the clerks are specifically prohibited by law from giving you advice on what to file or how to file it, and are specifically prohibited from NOT accepting a filing.  

Whether its a winning argument in a courtroom is a whole other question.  For example, the lawsuit against God claiming damages for the world's evils that was thrown out of court earlier this week for "lack of address", meaning that the process server can't find God's address to serve him with the papers.  Sounds rediculous, and it is, but it goes to show that anyone can file suit for almost anything.

Now, keep in mind that the point of filing these suits isn't to actually win.  They only want to get their name in the papers and draw media attention to their little cause, whatever it is this week.  The fact that a few newspaper articles are written and people talk about the lawsuit at all is the only "win" they are looking for.
