Is it possible to just give things to people here or does it upset the mods? Say a guy had a 1980's Mercury 9.9hp outboard motor that had been gone thru several years ago and has sat since. The cylinders have been oiled occasionally but it was in excellent runninng condition when shut off. Fresh out of the shop –– a little fooling around to get it going and you have an excellent outboard. So how would someone go about giving this away to a needy arfcommer?
