I agree that it has, never have i seen so much arguing and instigatiing by one or more subjects in this hometown forum. the moderators just lock threads instead of taking care of the source of the problem. unless certian actions are taken against one or more subjects then there will continue to be more locked threads.

You might say the problem has probably been taken care of by the staff.
Joking is OK especially if a smiley is attached. But caustic remarks to others trying to help someone is not cool by anyone's standards. I am as guilty as sin in making sh*tty remarks after I get flamed. I apologize to anyone who is offended by my behavior. I really will try to keep from retaliating when I am ridiculed. But I DON"T LIKE RIDICULE OF OTHERS, especially if someone is asking for help and advice. Good advice delivered with ridicule and scorn is uncalled for.For the most part, this is a great community and fine group of guys!

Snpr I couldn't agree more. I always try to talk to people on hear just as I would in person. But my temper is shorter than other parts of my anatomy. So when I get treated like an idiot I tend to act like one. I've met a lot of you guys in person and really enjoyed it never had a problem with anyone. I mean its pretty ridiculous you cant discuss mountain lion's or bigfoot without it being locked.  I mean some ususpecting okie might get attacked without the word being spread. Ark I will be sending you an IM about something shortly. |

I know he starts shit some times with people and cant seem to agree with anyone at times but I dont think he needs to be banned or anything. He does have alot of useful information (aside from Mointain Lions, OU football and a few other things ) even though he does tend to piss people off.

FYI--Johnny_Nitro was locked the end of last week and over the weekend GoatBoy himself said he has earned a permanent ban. Thanks for your patience, and a special thanks to Sherrick13 who went to great effort to assist in dealing with this situation--and put up with a LOT. It's over. Thanks again to all.

I've heard that repeatedly--and the same has been discussed at length in two Mod forums, as well as the Staff forum. Unfortunately a few guys, who are great in real life, just can't carry the same thing to the internet. He is one of them--sad, but at some point the warnings have to turn into a stone wall.
