I am in the middle of a refi on my house. I have found a great guy to get a great deal here in Georgia.

This guy helped me dump my PMI and drop my payment $170 a month! 5% for 30 years!

If anyone wants his name, IM me and I will pass it on. I am not making any money from this, just trying to help my ARFCOM brothers out.

I did the refinance thing last fall.  Mine was at 5.1%, changed my 30 year note to 15 years and save 60K.

Ditto at 5.5% to 15 thru GMAC(bastards)...saved bookoo $$.
I wouldn't mind saving another .5% though. Is there any cost whatsoever to move to his Mort. Co.?

I paid some closing costs, but all in all, pretty minimal.
