II'm going to be living next by the mall so I would think they would offer good internet. Comcast said they didn't offer service at the address, but then I called back and they said they did. The number for Comcast sends me to India or some place because the 3 people I talked to had heavy Indian accents. They really had no clue and kept trying to sell me a $160 service...no thanks. Comcast looks like the way to go but I'm going to wait until I get there. The Radford Arsenal is shutting down for a week after xmas so I should have ample time to get service then.
I've never talked to anyone other than an American when calling Comcast but getting someone frind Inia doesn't surprise me. I will say I hate calling them. Takes forever to get a hold of an actual person. They do have a store front in Blacksburg across the street from Kroger on S. Main.
You'd think with Tech right here as well as Radford and the community college there would be better (more) options.
