theres one clinton...outdoor 100 yard range, no range master, just practice range etiquettes take 385 or 26 and get off on the first exit where 385 merges onto 26...take a left at exit ramp, go over bridge and about 1 or 2 miles take the road that forks off to the right, go down that road for seems like ever, you will think your in the middle of no where but when you come up to what looks like a 4 way stop, but its not turn right and theres a dirt road about 1/4 mile down, cant miss it.

allan arms is ok, but you have to watch a 30 minute video and answer some "saftey" questions to get a safety card valid for a year, and there only 25 yards on the rifle section.

you have 2 indoor choices that allow AR15's
1) Allen Arms - short video, couple of safety questions. Its not bad and takes 20 minutes
2) SharpShooters - no video or safety check but usually a longer wait. New, very clean, very "modern" lanes.

1) Pickens outdoor range - VERY nice range, manned w/ DNR officers, Separate Rifle/Pistol/Archery/Skeet ranges. never any wait and usually not busy at all - 30 to 35 minutes from Greenville
2) Philson Crossroads - 45 minutes from greenville - Not manned, nice range. no separate pistol / rifle and gets crazy sometimes.
