It was about the size of a coyote but way too healthy and way too nice of a pelt for a coyote. Just goregous. It was actually running across my kids school campus. I could have popped it off easily with my .45. I considered but felt that maybe shooting across the campus would be frowned upon.

While doing Practical Rifle last weekend, there were about 5-6 deer sitting at the ridgleine of the gravel pit. About a 350 yard shot.

Over sized rats with a bushy tail and stink like a 4 day old skunk flat on the road. "Pretty" Vermin  If you've only seen one or two in your life then it's understandable. If you've killed a few dozen it's no big deal. If you've witnessed a 85yr old man so frustrated and pissed off for his chickens being dead becuase of a fox, you inherit some rage for the creatures. |
